Sales Development Representative
Aditude is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for researching, prospecting, and initiating contact with potential clients, effectively setting the stage for our sales team to close deals and establish lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target digital publishers
- Utilize various tools and platforms to prospect and generate leads, including cold emailing, email outreach, and social media
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they fit our ideal customer profile
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and set up introductory meetings or demonstrations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to provide insightful feedback to the sales and marketing teams
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification
Requirements:
- Coachable and willing to learn
- An interest in B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar roles
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
Nice to haves:
- Overarching understanding of how businesses grow
- Understanding of online advertising
- Previous publisher experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools (e.g., HubSpot)
All employees will be fully trained in the basics of ad operations, Google Ad Manager, reporting, analysis, and development. You will work with the rest of the team to ensure all clients are fully serviced and happy. No direct experience is needed.
