Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral and support lead-generation activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
• Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to inquiries and engaging with followers to build brand loyalty.
• Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
• Complete ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1-year experience in a marketing role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
